Iron Peak	04-20-02	16 miles r/t to a great summit on a sunny day. Rain on the west side. I saw nobody all day.
Pratt Mountain	04-27-02	Mountaineer scramble. Nice trip with a good group. It was nice to do a trip with Jay again.
High School-Tiger 1 Loop	05-01-02	A race to get up and down before dark. 9 miles after work.
Sasse Mountain	05-04-02	Lot's of fun. A new peak for me and some fun route finding.
Navaho Peak	05-11-02	Sunny and warm. Not a cloud in the sky. 4300' gain mostly on snow.
Pack Forest	05-18-02	A loop trip with a summit and a great waterfall.
Tiger Mountain Trail	05-25-02	Gary and I hiked the whole trail from South to North.
Lake Serene	05-26-02	Mountaineer hike with a snow scramble to the lake. Falls were great.

Earl Peak via Standup Creek	06-01-02	Bill Stocker and I had a great snow scramble on a trip which included 7 creek crossings each way.
Iron Bear Peak	06-08-02	Nice flowers on a gray day. I finally explored the Teanaway Ridge Trail.
Pratt Lake Trail + Exit38	06-09-02	Still many feet of snow. Later I went over to Exit 38 to watch rock climbers.
Goat Island Mountain	06-16-02	Mountaineer scramble to a peak in Mt Rainier NP. Mixed snow and bare.
Koppen Mtn via Medra Pass	06-22-02	Beautiful day for a long ridge walk to a great summit.
Miller Peak	06-29-02	Bike/Hike to Miller Peak. 2400' gained on a bike is tough.
Davis Peak	06-30-02	Overcast day and snow on the ridge top. A nice trip to the lookout site.
Rock Mountain	07-05-02	A fun snow scramble with great company. Patricia from Ireland came along.
Esmerelda-De Roux Loop	07-13-02	A Mountaineeer hike around Esmerelda Peaks. Lunch at Gallagher Head Lake.
Shriner Peak	07-14-02	Great hike to spectacular views of Mt. Rainier.
Mount Aix	07-28-02	Cloudy day but no rain. My first time here in 11 years. Gary's first time ever.
Malcolm & Johnson Mountains	08-03-02	A very lonesome day scrambling up two peaks which are seldom visited.
Bean Peak Loop	08-04-02	A Mountaineer scramble up one of my favorite peaks. A nice loop trip.
Mt. Defiance Via Talupus Lake	08-10-02	A cloudy day with lots of bugs but few people for this long close in trip,. Great flowers also.
Peggy's Pond-Mt Daniel Ridge	08-17-18-02	A weekend backpack trip with Gary and Dave. Great scenery and fun scrambling.
Fremont, Skyscraper, and Burroughs Mts	08-24-02	Fun loop trip with a lookout and 4 scramble summits.
Mt. Tallac, CA	09-01-02	A great Sierra hike to a 9735' viewpoint. Part of a fun vacation at Lake Tahoe.
Snoqualmie Mtn	09-12-02	My first time up this close to Seattle summit. Steep "trail" with great views.
Mt. David	09-28-02	A great Fall hike to a 7430' summit. Fall colors and 5700' gained over 16 miles.
Ingalls Lake	10-13-02	A clear sunny day and I hit the larch right at their peak!
Mount Dickerman	10-26-02	A sunny cold day on top while the Puget Sound Basin was fogged in all day.
Ridge Lake - PCT	11-02-02	Sunny and cold with some snow on the ground. A beautiful day in the mountains.
Bald Mt	11-03-02	Frozen lakes and a scramble summit on my first trip on the Walt Bailey Trail.
Kendall Peak Lakes	12-21-02	Lousy snow down low but very good after 2 miles. No tracks near the lakes.
Mt Si via Teneriffe Rd	12-28-02	Fresh snow on the upper half and few people to be seen. A great trip.
